Graciela Vasquez serves as an educator at the Purple Door. The Purple Door is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering an array of free and confidential services to individuals who have endured domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Graciela’s primary objective in her role as an educator revolves around fostering community awareness regarding the organization’s mission. Furthermore, she is committed to educating communities to facilitate preventive measures. Before assuming her current role as an educator, Graciela accumulated a solid four years of experience as an advocate and case manager. In this capacity, she worked directly with individuals impacted by domestic violence and/or sexual assault, demonstrating her dedication to making a positive impact in their lives.
