The Five Elements: Discovering Harmony and Balance Within Yourself and Others

Deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships by learning about the Five Elements: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal. The Five Elements theory is a framework used in traditional Chinese medicine to explain how we’re influenced by the world and nature. The Five Elements play a role in the balance of energies in the body, contributing to personality traits and helping one stay in balance physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Laura Walcott was raised in Boise, Idaho and moved to Texas in March 2021. From a young age, she has been interested in the healing arts and graduated high school as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her healthcare interests took her on a journey throughout different hospital departments in Western Medicine however, her attentions turned to holistic healing in 2015. She graduated from the Eden Energy Medicine Program as an Energy Medicine Practitioner in 2017. She currently works as an EPIC trainer for Optum and continues to educate herself on Eastern Medicinal philosophies. She is an active member of the U2C3 Social Action programs, Choir, and Band.
