Sound healing offers a unique opportunity to let go of stress and embrace change through the power of sound vibrations and mindfulness practice. Learn about one person’s sound journey to help others experience for themselves inner peace and acceptance in the midst of life’s challenges and transitions. Experience the power of sound as we explore it in context to the 3rd and 6th UU principles.

A lifelong singer, Kathy Westergren, stumbled into sound healing while working in a previous role at Del Mar College as an academic advisor where she currently serves as a librarian. Her experiences with sound baths as well as private and group sound healing sessions have been pivotal in her journey to become a more whole person. Her most recent undertaking is to become trained as a sound healer so she can help others achieve their own transformative experiences. She has been a member of U2C3 since she returned to Corpus Christi in 2017.
