During this first Sunday of 2023, we will bid farewell to 2022 by participating in the burning bowl ceremony by writing down and then burning what you wish to release for the New Year. This ritual helps us put in perspective last year’s joys and sorrows and changes and transitions so that we can go forward into a new year unburdened by the past one.
