This talk will be about significant changes being proposed to the UUA Bylaws. Specifically, Article II, where our principles and sources are defined. Several years ago General Assembly, the annual gathering of UU’s, charged a commission to re-evaluate Article II, as they are directed to do every generation or about every 20 years. Article II is the heart of defining what Unitarian Universalism stands for and has evolved to mean. Now the commission has come up with a new and refreshing way to state our same values. These changes have already been voted on once and this year will be for final passage.
