About the Message:
Trans people have been in the news quite a bit in recent years, but most people aren’t aware of the life experiences of trans people, and how they compare and differ from those who are not trans. In this service, I hope to share my own experiences as a trans woman and also how recent rulings and laws affect our lives.

About our Speaker:
Clair is currently 29 years old and grew up with a large interest in technology and how it shapes our world and interactions in it. After graduating high school, she went to the University of Texas at San Antonio to earn a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. After spending 2 years working as a software developer for a bank, Clair was laid off and spent a year searching for another opportunity. After a long search effort, Clair is now pursuing an associate’s degree in Process Technology at Del Mar College.
